Absolutely! Our mobile operation partners with resorts throughout Park City and beyond. We've hosted events at the St. Regis, Montage, Pendry, Blue Sky, Big Sky, High West, private homes, and even Cowboys Stadium.
There's no strict minimum, but we recommend groups of 8 or more to get the full experience. For smaller gatherings, we're happy to discuss options that work for your party.
Every event is custom-tailored, so pricing varies based on your group size, chosen experiences, and location. Contact our events team for a personalized quote—there's no obligation, and we'll work within your budget.
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons (December-March). For custom buckles or detailed branding, additional lead time of 12+ weeks may be required.
