The Original King of the Cowboys

Inspiration
When we began building this collection, we kept circling back to the same idea: if we were going to create a true western hat, there was no better place to start than the man everyone knew as the King of the Cowboys, Roy Rogers. For decades, we've been making his signature Diamond Half Diamond band and today we are bringing it out of the archives.

Cut in Sterling, Blocked in Beaver
For King of the Cowboys, we chose pure beaver felt, the finest material for a hat named after a king. Its dense, velvety surface gives the hat a quiet, matte finish. Around it, the iconic Diamond Half Diamond. Made the same way it has been since the 1940s: sterling silver cut into diamonds, each one engraved and finished by hand, giving the hat its subtle weight, glint, and sense of history.

Made for a Modern West
The silhouette itself stays true to its Western roots. The classic cowboy crown and wide shovel brim, the same bold shape that once filled the silver screen, now refined for modern life. For those who choose their pieces for craft, history, and silhouette, King of the Cowboys is a natural choice. A hat to be worn often, cared for, and eventually passed down.

The Diamond Half Diamond
Each Diamond Half Diamond band starts as raw sterling, shaped into small diamonds, each one engraved, polished, and set by hand.
